Alimos Marina is one of the largest marinas in Greece and is the perfect place to arrive at your sailing boat and rest before beginning your Cyclades Sailing Itinerary. The marina is located close to a large number of bars, restaurants and a supermarket to stock up on necessities for your trip.

Athens, Alimos Marina to Kythnos, Merichas

On the second day of our Cyclades Sailing Itinerary, we set sail from Athens and make our way to the island of Kythnos. Known for its vibrant wildflowers, azure seas, and sandy shores, Kythnos offers a picturesque retreat. En route to the port town of Merichas, take the opportunity to explore Katafiki Dryopida, one of Greece's largest caves. Along the way, enjoy leisurely stops for swimming in the island's scenic bays.

Known as one of the most secure natural harbors in the Aegean Sea, Agios Nikolaos is the perfect gateway to Kea. Kea's landscape is dotted with old churches, scenic beaches, historic mills, towers, and traditional windmills, offering a plethora of picturesque sites and intriguing places to explore.
